1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a bike or scooter through BikeNRides.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

To rent a vehicle, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Hold a valid driving license applicable to the rented vehicle.
  • Provide a valid government-issued ID proof.
  • Submit any additional documents requested during the booking process.

3. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings are subject to vehicle availability.
  • Rental charges must be paid as per the selected plan.
  • A refundable security deposit may be required before vehicle handover.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Security Deposit

  • The security deposit will be refunded after the vehicle inspection.
  • Deductions may apply for damages, traffic violations, fuel shortages, or late returns.
  • Refund processing may take 3–7 business days.

5. Vehicle Usage

The renter agrees to:

  • Ride responsibly and follow all traffic laws.
  • Use the vehicle only for personal transportation.
  • Not use the vehicle for racing, stunts, off-road riding, or illegal activities.
  • Not allow any unauthorized person to ride the vehicle.

6. Fuel Policy

  • Vehicles are provided with a specified fuel level.
  • The vehicle should be returned with the agreed fuel level. Fuel shortages may result in additional charges.

7. Rental Duration & Late Returns

  • The rental period begins at the scheduled pickup time.
  • Late returns may attract additional hourly or daily rental charges.
  • Extensions are subject to vehicle availability and prior approval.

8. Damage & Repairs

  • The customer is responsible for any damage caused during the rental period.
  • Do not attempt repairs without prior approval from BikeNRides.com.
  • Repair costs due to customer negligence will be charged accordingly.

9. Accidents & Theft

In case of an accident or theft:

  • Inform BikeNRides.com immediately.
  • Notify the nearest police station if required.
  • Cooperate with all legal and insurance procedures.
  • Failure to report incidents promptly may result in full liability.

10. Traffic Violations

The renter is solely responsible for:

  • Traffic challans
  • Parking fines
  • Toll charges
  • Any penalties incurred during the rental period

11. Cancellation & Refund

  • Cancellation charges may apply depending on the cancellation time.
  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method.
  • No refunds may be issued for early vehicle returns.

12. Vehicle Availability

BikeNRides.com reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to:

  • Vehicle maintenance
  • Operational issues
  • Unforeseen circumstances
  • Force majeure events

13. Prohibited Activities

Customers must not:

  • Ride under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
  • Use the vehicle for commercial purposes unless permitted.
  • Carry prohibited or illegal items.
  • Tamper with or modify the vehicle.

14. Limitation of Liability

BikeNRides.com shall not be liable for:

  • Personal injury resulting from negligent riding.
  • Loss of personal belongings.
  • Indirect or consequential damages.
  • Delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen events.

15. Website Usage

Users agree not to:

  • Misuse the website.
  • Attempt unauthorized access.
  • Upload malicious software.
  • Copy or reproduce website content without written permission.

16. Privacy

Customer information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is used only for booking, verification, and customer support purposes.

17. Changes to Terms

BikeNRides.com reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on this page.

18. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
